What you own. You retain full ownership of your brand, domain, content, and customer data — always, and you can export it at any time.
What stays licensed.We don't provide source code by default, because our platforms include proprietary systems, security logic, reusable components, and infrastructure maintained by Nuvanta Labs. The software itself runs on an active plan.
An active plan keeps your system online. You can cancel anytime, but the hosted software goes offline unless you arrange separate hosting or buy out the source code. If you cancel, you can still export your data, content, and business assets.
Source-code buyout
Want to operate fully independently? A source-code buyout is optional, quoted after launch, and runs about 3–6× the original build cost depending on complexity, integrations, and handover requirements. Nuvanta Labs retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, internal tools, and reusable components unless otherwise agreed in writing.
