Nuvanta Labs designs and builds custom websites, client portals, dashboards, and workflow automation. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges. Final pricing depends on workflow complexity, number of users, and required integrations, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Phase 1 projects use a 50/50 split: 50% is due to begin the build, and the remaining 50% is due at launch or by the 30-day mark, whichever comes first. Ongoing care plans are billed on the cadence stated in your plan.

You retain ownership of your brand, domain, content, and customer data. The underlying software, infrastructure patterns, reusable components, and proprietary tooling remain owned by Nuvanta Labs and are provided under an active license unless a separate buyout or license agreement is made in writing. You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and access needed to complete the work, and to ensure that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, Nuvanta Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant work.
